SWIRL initiates a pilot with GIVA to launch Live Shopping

India’s leading Interactive and Live video commerce SaaS, Swirl has entered into a pilot with GIVA, An online first premium silver jewelry brand with a vision to provide authentic, elegant and affordable jewellery.
As a part of this pilot, Swirl’s integrated video commerce solutions will be evaluated to see if it can greatly improve Giva’s customer experience and drive better engagement and sales conversions across its digital and social channels.
If the pilot features become successful, then as part of the next phase of the implementation, SWIRL will develop sophisticated enterprise-level Virtual Shopping solutions that can be easily integrated with their existing website which can greatly benefit from this new age Live Commerce technology.
